1. Reception
Welcome to Xianfeng Drying, we can pick you up at airport, or pick you up from the Changzhou station of China Railway High-speed that is very convenient. It will take one hour from Shanghai to Changzhou.

2. Negotiation
When you arrive at our company, we can negotiate in our reception room. If you know just little about our company, we will test your raw material in our lab.

3. Packing and shipment
Before shipment, we will introduce our shipment agency to you if you do not have one who is familiar with us and we will focus on package and shipment for you.

4. After-sell service
After you purchase products from our company, no matter the order is big or small, we all provide after-sell service.
1. All our machines are guaranteed for trouble free performance for a period of 12 months from commissioning in buyer place.
2. Installation, debugging, training for buyer’s technicians and other after sell service all for free.
3. The Buyer shall bear all the expenses incurred in the trip of the seller's delegation for erection, commissioning and training, including air tickets, meal, hotel accommodation and local transportation.
4. Provide copy of operational manual of machine in English.
5. Provide relevant certificates (such as product certificate, and raw material certificate).
6. Provide additional set for spare part to ensure normal production.
